Hi, my name is Damon Nelson. I work with a small, but awesome group of Internet Entreprenuers, Marketers, Writers and Web Designers. After spending 1,000's of hours and dollars learning this business. We all figured out that it takes most people about 3 to 6 months to start making real money online if they work it full time. Part time work takes a couple of years, if at all. And most who finally make enough to replace their day job, do it with trial and error or else some very expensive coaching. Ourselves included, were led though many false and misleading ads and promises down a road that we believed would lead to wealth and financial independence if you just buy their product. For the most part, that is not true. This business like all others has to be worked in small steps to start off with a business plan followed daily, then repeated over and over.
After showing a few friends what we were doing and how simple it really is to repeat the same thing over again with a new niche market. They all suggested that we share this discovery and process with others. And really show how you make money consistently each week online and how you too can start showing a profit after a few short months and sometimes in just a few weeks. That's how we came up with the idea of "8 Weeks to Profit" website.
8WeeksToProfit.com was originally started as an online marketing competition to challenge entreprenuers like you to create a website and go from $0 to $1000/day in 8 weeks or less. We had alot of contestants signup and then like all the bank failures, our 2 main sponsors backed out due to lack of funding.
So we have decided to completely rework this idea into a community of entreprenuers that want the same goal. Complete financial independence with the ability to work anywhere in the world with your chosen career or hobbie. We follow the principles behind Tim Ferris book The 4-Hour work Week: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich
and we are working everyday of life towards this goal.
We are developing this web site and blog, with the mission of teaching people how to start their own business and be making a profit consistently in 8 weeks or less. Can it be done? Yes, People are achieving this goal everyday. However most are not sharing their tricks and techniques to accomplish this daunting task. We will be sponsoring Cash Contests to not only challenge people to share these ideas and let everyone follow along as an idea goes from a paper napkin to a working business model in 8 weeks or less. But we want to reward their efforts with cash and recognition within our community.
We will be posting site results frquently so you can track each sites progress. And listing visitor sites that post comments on our blog. Are you up to the challenge. Just drop us a link to your site and the tracking analysis every week and we will post the results with our site results.
8WeeksToProfit.com will also be developing a contest along the same strategy as what we are showing you and details will be announced early 2009. Our goal would be to find 3 contestants and track there progress for an upcoming Television Series to be videotaped and broadcast in late 2009.
